The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fees currently are$236.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of buildings designated as 'Retail Service,' 'Office,' or 'Service Commercial' and $94.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of buildings designated as'Warehouse'or'Manufacturing.' The fees shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3.5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) 1. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with County standards for the purpose of determining the R-Value for the design of the roads. (Development Title Section 9-910.2) M. All utilities shall be underground except power transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1), with complete drainage details and elevations of adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' q. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for Parcels 9 and 13 along the frontage of Wilcox Road. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) r. Improvements, restrictions, and permits shall be as required by Caitrans for State Highway 88. S. A traffic study to address the intersections of Piccoli Road and Wilcox Road with Stale Highway 88 shall be required. The subdivider shall enter into an agreement to participate financially for his fair share of the cost for traffic signal installation at these intersections, when warranted. The subdivider shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the Public Facilities Division of the Department of Public Works, prior to Public Works preparing or contracting for the required study.
