r.- <br /> C. Connect to an approved public water supply system as <br /> required by Development Title Section 9-1120. 2 . Prior <br /> to recording the Parcel Map, a letter from the water <br /> supplier will be required which states that they have <br /> the capacity to serve the development and that the <br /> system meets State standards. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> d. Destroy any abandoned wells under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. (Development Title Section 9-1115. 5 (e) ) <br /> e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved <br /> landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> f. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all <br /> demolition materials from the premises to an approved <br /> landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-2401. <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL' <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless <br /> the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees <br /> from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local <br /> agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, <br /> set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local <br /> agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative <br /> body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought <br /> within the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br /> -5- <br />
