All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the <br /> Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San <br /> Joaquin County standards, and they shall be shown on <br /> the improvement plans. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1150. 2) <br /> P. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. The grading plan shall <br /> contain the information listed in the U.B. C. , Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) , with complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of adjacent parcels. Retaining <br /> wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> q. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for <br /> Parcels 9 and 13 along the frontage of Wilcox Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 5) <br /> r. Improvements, restrictions, and permits shall be as <br /> required by Caltrans for State Highway 88 . <br /> S. A traffic study to address the intersection of Piccoli <br /> Road and Wilcox Road with State Highway 88 shall be <br /> required. Subdivider shall mitigate any problems <br /> identified in the traffic study caused by this project. <br /> The subdivider shall enter into an agreement to <br /> participate financially for his fair share of the cost <br /> for traffic signal installation at these intersections, <br /> when warranted. The subdivider shall deposit funds <br /> with the County for all costs, as estimated by the <br /> Public Facilities Division of the Department of Public <br /> Works, prior to Public Works preparing or contracting <br /> for the required study.
