Public water and sewage disposal are to <br /> be provided. However, public sewage disposal will not be <br /> provided for the undeveloped designated remainder due to a lack <br /> of capacity in CSA No. 15. <br /> This site is located on southeast corner of Wilcox Road and <br /> Waterloo Road (State Route 88) . <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Prior to approval of this tentative map, site plans are required <br /> which show that lots 1 and 2 can function independently, and all <br /> existing buildings can meet setback requirements relative to the <br /> proposed parcel lines. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to recording <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor's Division. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br />
