Development Committee -2- <br /> MS-93-134 <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> a. Existing buildings on lots 1 and 2 shall meet 20 foot <br /> side and rear yard setback requirements. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-410. 3) <br /> b. The existing driveway through lots 1, 2 and 5 shall be <br /> eliminated. <br /> C. The C-FS zone designation on portions of lots 5 and 12 <br /> shall be changed to I-L. <br /> d.
