Development Committee
August 15, 1990
Page 3
Site Plan Checklist
If you wish to continue with this project, a revised site plan will
be required, which includes the following:
1. All items on the site plan check list attached to the
site approval application form.
2 . A comprehensive signage program.
3 . A landscape plan.
4 . An integrated parking lot design. Use Public Works and
Caltrans guidelines to determine the quantity and
location of driveways.
5. The intended use of the south undeveloped portion of the
site. Any undeveloped portion of the parcel will require
landscaping.
NOTE: The Preapplication is designed to inform prospective
applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public
improvement requirements, preliminary design constraints and
opportunities, and major environmental and safety issues. This
information is provided in the hope of assisting the applicant in
submitting a better and more complete application, as well as
minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an in-depth
analysis, and an environmental assessment is not completed. The
applicant should be aware that a detailed review will not be done
until the full application is submitted. Also, if new or
additional information is obtained, a revised application or
environmental impact report may be required.
CM:SL
