Located on the SE . corner of <br /> Wilcox Road and State Route 88, E. of Stockton. <br /> APPLICANT : Frank Budelisch APN : 101-021-34 , 39 <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 34 feet NGVD. <br /> Wilcox Road has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 110 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet . <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading, <br /> shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval . <br /> 2 . Improvements, restrictions , and permits shall be as required <br /> by Caltrans for State Highway Route 88 . <br /> 3. A Minor Subdivision to establish the parcels shall be applied <br /> for and the Parcel Map shall be recorded prior to approval of <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> 4 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way . <br />
