Any modification of the above conditions or approved plan <br /> shall only be by a "Revisions of Approved Actions" appli- <br /> cation or by the filing of a new application. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works: <br /> An Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval . The gravel <br /> driveway for the parking area should be relocated as far from <br /> State Highway Route 88 as possible . <br /> 3 . Air Pollution Control District : <br /> Dust control practices shall be instituted during on-site <br /> construction, as specified in the May 5 , 1989, letter from <br /> the Air Pollution Control District . <br /> 4 . Local Health District : <br /> Horse manure must be maintained and removed on a regular <br /> �. basis so it will not cause an odor or vector nuisance . <br /> 5 . California Department of Transportation: <br /> a. An additional right-of-way shall be dedicated to a total <br /> of 50 feet from the centerline of State Route 88 . <br /> b. The entrance to the parking lot shall be located at least <br /> 50 feet from the ultimate edge of the right-of-way and <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> c. Trees located near the driveway shall be pruned to provide <br /> the Department ' s required sight distance. <br /> d. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. <br />
