(3) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11 A <br /> and 11B of the California Building Code. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and <br /> twenty(20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (5) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half(71/2) feet wide and <br /> sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no <br /> more than twenty-five (25) percent of the required spaces. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> e. LOADING: Two (2) loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of <br /> 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. <br /> On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces <br /> as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. Na spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance Requirement per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 2, <br /> Chapter 2.7. <br /> (2) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of Thomton Road and Waudman Ave, shall be installed across the frontage of the <br /> project site.
