It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a current will serve letter for sanitary <br /> sewer, water, and storm drain service is on file prior to release of building permit. Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit, the following driveway improvements are <br /> required: The driveway approaches on Waudman Avenue shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Drawing No. 13. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> d. Dedication to result in a 30' (thirty-foot) wide right-of-way from the centerline of Waudman <br /> Avenue to the property line is required across the frontage of Waudman Avenue. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> e. Dedication to result in additional right-of-way along the back of the curb ramp at the <br /> northwest comer of Thomton Road and Waudman Avenue shall be made to the City of <br /> Stockton. The applicant shall provide County Public Works written verification from the <br /> City of Stockton indicating this dedication requirement has been completed.
