As Table 1 shows, the WQO <br /> and designated levels are lower than the HRA cleanup levels with one exception. The HRA <br /> cleanup level for Endosulfan I and II for soil is lower than the designated level. Therefore, the <br /> HRA cleanup level for Endosulfan I and II for soil, the WQOs, and the designated levels for all <br /> r other constituents in soil are the cleanup goals for the site. <br /> The Letter provides a site status update and proposes to submit the next semi-annual groundwater <br /> r monitoring report and identification of wells in the vicinity of the site by 1 November 2003. <br /> Regional Board staff concurs with the proposed work and schedule in the Letter. The next <br /> semi-annual report needs to include a schedule proposing further delineation work, if needed, and <br /> submittal of a feasibility study report.
