The Semi-Annual Report does not include a discussion of quality <br /> assurance/quality control (QA/QC) evaluation of the analytical data. The laboratory reports <br /> included in the Semi-Annual Report show that several of the surrogate recoveries were outside of <br /> laboratory acceptable ranges. WFS needs to evaluate and discuss the integrity of the samples <br /> based on the QA/QC review of the laboratory data. <br /> The Supplemental Information includes cleanup goals for soil and groundwater that are <br /> protective of the probabilistic 95`h percentile health risk for an on-site residential child, <br /> deterministic approach protective of both a one-in-a-million cancer risk and a non-cancer risk for <br /> an on-site residential child, evaluation of volatilization of groundwater constituents into indoor <br /> _ air pathways, and supplemental groundwater elevation information as requested in Regional <br /> Board staff's 5 December 2002 letter. Regional Board staff worked with GeoSyntec Consultants <br /> to prepare the attached Table 1, which lists the cleanup goals for the site.
