CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-37 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> f. No retail business shall be permitted on the project site. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS• <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> g. The proposed monument sign shall meet provisions of Section 9- <br /> 3606 of the Planning Title. <br /> h. Parking spaces shall be provided based on the following <br /> specifications: <br /> 1) One space for every 250 square feet of office areas. <br /> 2) One space for every 1000 square feet of warehouse area. <br /> 3) Two spaces for every three employees working on the <br /> employment shift with largest number of employees. <br /> i. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for distribution to the involved County <br /> departments. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS• <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Storm drainage shall be retained on-site, run-off/pond <br /> capacity calculations shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. <br />
