ZR-89-24 <br /> AND SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-89-37 OF <br /> ROBERT ROBERTS (C/O RICHARD BISHOP) <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed the above-listed applications <br /> and will recommend that the Planning Commission recommend that the <br /> Board of Supervisors approve ZR-89-24 subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> 1 . Any proposed development of the project site shall be subject <br /> to discretionary review. <br /> 2 . Development of the project site shall be restricted to M-2 <br /> uses which do not create traffic or services impacts. <br /> Action on SA-89-37 is dependent upon the Board of Supervisors <br /> decision on ZR--89-24 . If the Board of Supervisors decision is to <br /> approve ZR-89-24 , the Planning Division recommends approval of SA-- <br /> 89--37 subject to the following Conditions of Approval . <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways , <br /> walkways , approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent <br /> facilities shall be landscaped . A minimum 5-foot wide <br /> planting strip is required along Welty Road. The strip shall <br /> be continuous except where crossed by driveways. <br /> a . Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan or a separate Landscape <br /> Plan. Landscape details shall include a key showing the <br /> size, type, number, and spacing of all proposed <br /> plantings . Details of an automatic and timed sprinkler <br /> system shall be shown. <br />
