Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a minimum of 5-feet-wide. A minimum 18-inch-wide paved strip shall be added to the adjacent parking stall to allow access to and from vehicles. 2 . All storage materials and related activities shall be enclosed by a solid wall or board fence 8-feet in height. Items stored within 100-feet of Welty Road shall not be stacked higher than 2-feet above the screen. 3 . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties . 4 . Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum standards: a . The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall be provided throughout the parking area . b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor system. c. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises, and with no spillover beyond the property. 5 . A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. 6 . No retail business shall be permitted on the project site. ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. 7 . The proposed monument sign shall meet provisions of Section 9-3606 of the Planning Title.
