Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a minimum of <br /> 5-feet-wide. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> c. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises, and with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> 5 . A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> 6 . No retail business shall be permitted on the project site. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 7 . The proposed monument sign shall meet provisions of Section <br /> 9-3606 of the Planning Title. <br />
