ZR-89-24 OF <br /> ROBERT L. ROBERTS (C/O RICHARD M. BISHOP) (DISTRICT 5) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve Conditional Zone Reclassification Application No. ZR-89-24 <br /> based on the "Bases for Zone Reclassification" contained in the <br /> staff report. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION <br /> The proposed project is to rezone 5.7 acres form AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40- <br /> acre parcel minimum) to M-2 (General Manufacturing) . The underlying development <br /> for the project site is a wholesale lumberyard and cut plant. <br /> The Planning Commission heard this matter at its meeting of February 21, 1991. <br /> At the public hearing, Robert L. Roberts spoke in favor of the project. No one <br /> spoke in opposition.
