The property is located on the east side <br /> of Welty Road, 2950 feet south of State Route 132, Vernalis <br /> (Supervisorial District 5) . <br /> Associate Planner Steve St. Sure introduced a staff report into the <br /> record. <br /> Fred Kaufman, representing the Environmental Health Division said <br /> his department was not opposed to the project as long as the <br /> discretionary requirements remain in place. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED <br /> PROPONENTS: Robert L. Roberts, 1019 Cambridge Avenue, Sunnyvale, <br /> was in agreement with the conditions and said he realized that the <br /> M-1 zoning applied only to the use that they have applied for. <br /> OPPONENTS: None <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br /> w MOTION: Moved, seconded (Jungeblut-Carter) and carried by a vote <br /> of 7-0 to: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2 .
