The fee is based on the current schedule <br /> (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study is required indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the <br /> application as required by Section 9-1150.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of <br /> $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> b. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. A Registered Engineer must design <br /> and sign the plans (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Note: The above condition is subject to review and findings of the Nitrate Loading <br /> Study and concurrence of this division. <br /> c. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operated a public water system will be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title 22, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br />
