-6- <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical <br /> capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1102.2 and <br /> -91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> d. Submission of three (3) sets food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to the beginning construction <br /> (California Health & Safety Code 27550). <br /> 3. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. The District requests that further air quality analysis be provided so that <br /> we may more accurately analyze this project's impacts. As discussed in <br /> the District's Guide for Assessing and Mitigating Air Quality Impacts <br /> (GAMAQI), this analysis should include emissions quantification and <br /> qualitative analysis of potential construction impacts. <br /> b. The construction phase of this project can generate emissions from the <br /> movement of soil, use of heavy equipment, bulk materials handling, <br /> asphalt paving and other related activities. As a result, this project is <br /> subject to District Regulations VIII (Fugitive Dust Prohibitions). <br /> c. In addition, there will be cumulative impacts associated with the operation <br /> of this facility. As a result, District suggests that the project applicant take <br /> all feasible measures to reduce the amount of ozone precursors (reactive <br /> organic gases - ROC - and oxides of nitrogen - NOx) that will result from <br /> the construction of this project or its continued operation. <br />
