INTRODUCTION
Based on new data concerning nitrate loading and water quality, The Home Church has asked Tim
O'Brien of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board to transfer supervision of The Home Church
waste water system to San Joaquin County Enviromental Health. Permission was granted on July 6, 2004.
(see attached letter)
Elements of this supplemental study (The original Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading study was done on
October 7, 1999 by Neil Anderson and Associates ) include present and proposed developments, water
quality, soils, nitrate loading and temporary septic design.
2. PRESENT DEVELOPMENT
A 17,000 square foot, multi-use building (part of Phase 1); used for classrooms, office space, audito-
rium and lobby, has been constructed. This facility operates Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
with a variety of worship services, learning center activities and office work.
The present Waste Water System consists of a 4" line that gravity feeds into a 1900 gallon concrete
holding tank that is pumped regularly. The holding tank also includes a High water alarm.
3.
