The study was <br /> performed according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code. Major elements of the field work included six(6) in-situ percolation tests <br /> and collect one (1) groundwater sample for testing. Other elements of the study included a <br /> performing a nitrate loading analysis, collecting soil information, collecting geologic information, <br /> collecting ground water information, interviewing neighbors, and reviewing septic permit records. <br /> This was done to determine the suitability of the soils for use with a septic system and to estimate <br /> the impact it may have to ground water- This report presents the results of our study. <br /> IL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> It is proposed to development a new church facility on an undeveloped 12.53 acre site <br /> located at 11451 No. West Lane Road Lodi, California(Plate, 1)- The proposed development <br /> will include a fellowship hall, staff housing, K-12 private school, and athletic facilities. The <br /> facility will be operating Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The project is to be <br /> developed in three phases- The following is a summary of each phase: <br /> ` Phase 1: (1) A 14,000 square-foot building to be used as classrooms, a sanctuary, office space, <br /> and a foyer(Building 1 on the Site Plan,Plate 1)- (2) A 6,480 square-foot building to be used as <br /> classrooms (Building 2 on the Site Plan,Plate 1). <br /> Phase 2: (1) A 19,650 square foot, two story building to be used as a sanctuary seating 750 <br /> parishioners, a nursery, a foyer, and office spaces(Building 3 on the Site Plan, Plate 1). (2) A <br /> 2,872 square-foot,two story building to be used as a parsonage(Building 5 on the Site Plan, <br /> Plate 1). (3) A 4,300 square-foot building to be used as a bus maintenance and storage facility <br />
