The Site Plan (Plate 1) base was created by Architect Stanton Elliott and provided to us by Pastor Tim Pollack along with other project details. III. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE An interview with Pastor Tim Pollack was conducted to determine the history of the subject site. Pastor Pollack indicated Doctor Gurinder Grewal owned the property since the early 1980's and the property has sat fallow since. Before Dr. Grewal's ownership,the property was used for agriculture. IV. SURROUNDING USAGE Neighboring the site to the north are several East Mettler Road residences. Three of the East Mettler Road neighbors were interviewed to determine the performance of their septic systems and water wells. The following is a summary of the interviews: OWNER: James Frey LOCATION: 1560 E. Mettler Road SEPTIC SYSTEM: 27 year old septic tank,three 75 foot leach lines,one 30 foot dry well added. No problems with system. WATER WELL: Yes,tested yearly, depth to water 42 to 45 feet, no problems with well. _ OWNER: Denise Pennisi LOCATION: 1600 E. Mettler Road SEPTIC SYSTEM: 30 year old septic tank,two 50 to 70 foot leach lines, added four 50 to 70 _ foot lines. Septic tank pumped every two years due to poor performance.
