UP-92-28 OF RLARA VEGAS (C/O <br /> RICHARD LOPEZ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is requesting a Use Permit to permit live <br /> entertainment at an existing Night Club and Bar. The applicant <br /> is proposing live bands, D.J. s, male and female dance revue ' s and <br /> topless dancing. The proposed activities will take place in the <br /> existing 3 , 350 square foot building. <br /> This site is located on the east side of West Lane, 1250 feet <br /> north of Bourbon Street (just south of the Calaveras River) . <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Development Services <br /> a. Fortythree (43) parking spaces are required, including two <br /> for the physically handicapped. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-105. 7) <br /> b.
