All other areas that <br /> could potentially have any vehicular traffic shall be <br /> surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> C. All areas not surfaced or used for buildings shall be <br /> landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8) <br /> d. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and with a gate on the fourth side. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8) <br /> e. For all new parking areas, the following landscaping shall <br /> be required (Section 9-1020.4) : <br /> (1) All new parking areas shall provide a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%0) interior landscaping. <br /> (2) For new parking areas, one tree is required for each <br /> five (5) parking stalls. <br /> (3) All new planters which abut parking stalls shall be a <br /> minimum of five (5) feet wide. A minimum of eighteen <br /> (18) inch wide paved strip shall be added to the <br /> adjacent parking stall to allow access to and from <br /> vehicles. <br /> f. One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Development Services Division. The Improvement Plan <br /> will be distributed to the involved County departments for <br /> approval. The Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a <br /> registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan (see handout entitled "IMPROVEMENT PLAN" <br /> for detailed list of all requirements) .
