A soils report is required pursuant to CBC § 1803 for foundations and CBC appendix§J104 <br /> for grading. All recommendations of the Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> 5. Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC § 11 B-206.At least one accessible <br /> route shall be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible <br /> passenger loading zones; public streets and sidewalks; and public transportation stops to the <br /> accessible building or facility entrance they serve. Where more than one route is provided, <br /> all routes must be accessible. §11 B-206.2.1 <br /> 6. At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which <br /> are otherwise connected by a circulation path. §11B-206.2.4 <br /> 7. Adequate accessible sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements <br /> of Chapter 4 of the California Plumbing Code and Chapter 11B of the California Building <br /> Code. <br /> 8.
