Conditions of Approval -3- <br /> SA-93-0021 <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110. 3 & 9-1110 . 4) . The <br /> sewage system is to be comprised of a 1600 gallon tank <br /> with 2-100 ' leach lines and 2-36" pits. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system as <br /> required by Section 9-1120. 2 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. If the above ground holding facility had to <br /> be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents <br /> for any hazardous material. You can obtain specific <br /> test requirements from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A plan check fee for the amount of $156. 00 <br /> is required at submittal of plans to Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material. <br />
