Conditions of Approval -2- <br /> SA-93-0021 <br /> g, Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid <br /> walls on three sides and gated on the fourth. The <br /> location of the trash bin shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> h. Landscaping shall be consistent with the Landscaping <br /> Regulations as set forth in Chapter 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title. Landscape details shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> i. A minimum ten (10) foot wide planting strip shall be <br /> required along Wilcox Road. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and <br /> walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8) <br /> j . One (1) freestanding sign shall be permitted. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-13 prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> b. The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6.9 percent.
