INTRODUCTION <br /> A soil suitability study for septic tank usage was performed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-10100 (c) of San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinances per condition 2.a of Conditions of <br /> Approval of M. S. 92-46 approved December 3, 1991 . <br /> B.PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The property consists of 41 acres, zoned GA 40 and is presently <br /> in almonds. No buildings are on the site present or past. The <br /> property is located on the south side of Williams Road between <br /> 1/4 & 1/2 mile east of Sexton Road. The owners are proposing <br /> to create a 3.0 acre homesite (Parcel #1 ) and plan on construct- <br /> ing a personal residence on the 3.0 acre parcel . The remaining <br /> 38 acres (Parcel #2 ) will remain an almond orchard. ( See <br /> Tentative Parcel Map exhibit "A" ) . <br /> C.PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE. <br /> Past uses have included a grape orchard and nut trees. <br /> Present use is an almond orchard that was planted 8 years ago. <br /> D. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE. <br /> There are no buildings or septic tanks on the property to my <br /> knownledge. A septic tank and leach field system is planned <br /> for the new residence on Parcel #1 . <br /> Research of existing San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division permits for septic tank and leach field systems was <br /> performed. There are three (3) residences on Williams Road. <br /> All homes are about 40 years old. <br /> 22858 E. WilliamsRoad. No permits for a septic tank, leach field, <br /> repairs or additions to the leach field were found. <br /> 22967 E. Williams Road. 70 foot of leach line was added in <br /> 1974 and 1983. <br /> 23115 E. Williams Road. The redwood top of the septic tank was <br /> repaired and 2-70 foot leach lines were added in 1989. <br /> 20146 S. Sexton Road. This is the house the Santini ' s are <br /> currently living in. It is + 40 years old and they have had <br /> no problems <br /> See attached map for location of existing homes ( Exhibit "B" ) . <br />
