The project is in a rural community and <br /> is zoned AG-80. The project parcel number is 067-280-11. <br /> fto Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a 5.0 acre C ZS <br /> "Financing" parcel and an "Unsurveyed Remainder" parcel. \' <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). 3� <br /> - 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: l <br /> 2.1 The present owners, Manuel and Ofelia Tapia, have owned the property for 9 years. The past and <br /> present use for the property has been used for agriculture. The "Unsurveyed Remainder"parcel will <br /> continue to be used for agriculture. The "Financing" parcel will serve as a homesite parcel. 2 <br /> ftw 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to <br /> create a 5.0 acre "Financing" parcel and an "Unsurveyed Remainder" parcel. There are two existing <br /> homes on the property with septic systems installed. (See Appendix.) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed issued permits 2, <br /> for this property. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: There is history of septic repair. (See Appendix). C3 <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in Appendix.) l <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems at <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1975 to 2005.
