The project is in a rural community and <br /> is zoned AG-80. The past and <br /> present use for the property has been used for agriculture. The "Unsurveyed Remainder"parcel will <br /> continue to be used for agriculture. There are two existing <br /> homes on the property with septic systems installed. (See Appendix.) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed issued permits 2, <br /> for this property. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: There is history of septic repair. (See Appendix). C3 <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in Appendix.) l <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems at <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1975 to 2005.
