3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site. There are two homes on site with existing septic systems. In the near future a new home will be constructed on Parcel 1. However, each parcel is entitled to a primary residence — and a second unit dwelling. Any new systems must be constructed under a permit. �� 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: — 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 120 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 2013, by the San Joaquin County Public Works Department of ( �, Water Resources. The gradient descends from east to west. 4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Types of activity in the area include crop fertilization, pesticides and other chemicals used to protect the products. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. However, as with any agricultural area, there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals and types of production in farming operations. 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken from a faucet on a domestic well located on the property in question, 29892 E. Wimer Road on April 9, 2014 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. _ 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are being tested for nitrates and DBCP. (4(-'o 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from a faucet at the domestic well located at 29892 E. Wimer Road. — The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. 6�SJ The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the appendix. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. No 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION: — 5.1 Site map showing location,with dimensions, of the soil profile pit on the parcel: (See Appendix.) 5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions: The shallow test hole was prepared per County Standards.
