The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues <br /> in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are <br /> deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Types of activity in the area include crop fertilization, <br /> pesticides and other chemicals used to protect the products. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers <br /> typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. However, as with any agricultural <br /> area, there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals and types of production in farming <br /> operations. <br /> 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) <br /> were obtained: Water samples were taken from a faucet on a domestic well located on the property in <br /> question, 29892 E. Wimer Road on April 9, 2014 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. <br /> _ 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are being <br /> tested for nitrates and DBCP.
