1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 61.3 acres located at <br /> 2909tWimer Road, Linden, CA. The subject property Assessor Parcel Number is 067-280-11. <br /> The project is in an agricultural community and the existing parcel is zoned AG-80. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split one parcel totaling <br /> 61.3 acres into one 56.3 acre Designated Remainder parcel and one 5.0 acre Financing Parcel. In 0,I) <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the <br /> property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, <br /> interviews with the owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN (/-3) <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: / <br /> _ 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Manual Tapia. The <br /> owner was interviewed on February 20, 2014. Manual Tapia has owned the subject parcel for <br /> _ 9 years. <br /> Presently the property is being used for agricultural purposes and grazing land. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched <br /> at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on February 24, 2014 (see appendix <br /> for results). An onsite survey was performed on February 20, 2014 by Brook Handel of l / <br /> Dillon& Murphy. The owner was interviewed on February 20,2014 by Brook Handel of <br /> Dillon& Murphy. ..S. Joaquin County Environmental Health Departme s underground sto e <br /> t ' ' ation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel.' A scare or (4 )> <br /> U.S.T./L.G . sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings. Research was <br /> n the subject site as required by County regulations. <br /> 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potentials for <br /> contamination are low. The property has been used for agricultural purposes for more than <br /> 10 years. The request for Use Reports and permits on the subject property yielded no results. <br /> (See Appendix.) Historically there have been no underground storage tanks.
