1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 61.3 acres located at 2909tWimer Road, Linden, CA. The subject property Assessor Parcel Number is 067-280-11. The project is in an agricultural community and the existing parcel is zoned AG-80. 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split one parcel totaling 61.3 acres into one 56.3 acre Designated Remainder parcel and one 5.0 acre Financing Parcel. In 0,I) accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN (/-3) page). 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). 2.0 PAST PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: / _ 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Manual Tapia. The owner was interviewed on February 20, 2014. Manual Tapia has owned the subject parcel for _ 9 years. Presently the property is being used for agricultural purposes and grazing land. 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION: 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on February 24, 2014 (see appendix for results). An onsite survey was performed on February 20, 2014 by Brook Handel of l / Dillon& Murphy. The owner was interviewed on February 20,2014 by Brook Handel of Dillon& Murphy. ..S. Joaquin County Environmental Health Departme s underground sto e t ' ' ation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel.' A scare or (4 )> U.S.T./L.G . sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no findings. Research was n the subject site as required by County regulations. 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potentials for contamination are low. The property has been used for agricultural purposes for more than 10 years. The request for Use Reports and permits on the subject property yielded no results. (See Appendix.)
