r (2) It is unlawful for any Responsible Person to allow any person to bring an alcoholic beverage onto the'lremises unless such action is allowed by the entertainment establishment's ABC license.'(-Development Title Section 9-1085.15) h. ATTIRE: in;�ny establishment where the sale.of alcoholic beverages is lawfully permitted, it is unlawful for a,ny Responsible Person to allow any person to remain on the premises while such person is unclothed, or in such attire, costume, clothing or semi-transparent covering as to expose to vi6w any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola or any portion of the pubic hair, 66us, buttocks, vulva or genitals. DISTURBING THE PEACE—DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Each Responsible Person shall make Reasonable Efforts to prevent the admittance of any person whose conduct is described in Penal Code Sectioli'415 (fighting, loud noise, offensive words in public places)or 647 (disorderly conduct) at the premises or on any parking lot or similar facility used by the establishment. Each ResponsiblE'Person shall make Reasonable Efforts to remove any persons exhibiting such conduct frorh"the establishment. (Development Title Section 9-1085.9) j. INTOXICATED CUSTOMERS: Each Responsible Person shall make Reasonable Efforts to prevent the admittance of any obviously intoxicated person. For purposes of this section, a person is"obviously intoxicated"when he or she exhibits readily apparent outward manifestations of drug or alcohol intoxication, including but not limited to, inability to walk or stand in a normal manner, bloodshot or glassy eyes, flushed face, incoherent or slurred speech, alcoholic breath, belligerence;6r other loud or boisterous conduct, extreme agitation or nervousness or mental confusion. DISORDERI;,X CONDUCT WITHIN FIFTY(50) FEET PROHIBITED: Each Responsible Person shall make Reasonable Efforts to control the conduct of patrons so as to prevent or minimize disorderly ori nlawful conduct within the establishment and within fifty (50) feet,of the establishment. DISPLAY OF,PERMITS: The permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall at all times be displayed in;p conspicuous place in the entertainment establishment for which it was issued and shall be immediately produced upon the request of any law enforcement or code enforcement officer. Windmill Cae Mgt. shall provide the below listed levels of security during any Live Entertainment, including but not limited to D.J., Band, Dancing, or Competitions; occurring Sunday through Thursday. During these days of the week, Windmill Cove Mgt. shall ensure a minimum of-3 uniformed security personnel who shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security, one;of which will be responsible at the location of each entrance to check identification. Any live entertainment on the patio or grass area shall require 2 additional uniformed security personnel, for a total of 5 security officers. b. Security uniform shall be clearly marked with the word security on the upper portion of the shirt worn by secVrity staff or by the wearing of a uniform shirt bearing a security badge and shoulder patches. c. Windmill Cove Mgt. shall provide the below listed levels of security during any Live Entertainme.Ri, including but not limited to D.J., Band, Dancing, or Competitions; occurring on Friday and Saturday. During these days, Windmill Cove Mgt. will ensure .a minimum of 4 uniformed security personnel who shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security, one of which will b6, responsible at the location of each entrance to check identification.
