An additional septic <br /> system was abandoned in the past; the abandonment was recently confirmed by EHD staff. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is about <br /> 50 to 90 feet above mean sea level. The Site is relatively flat,with the northern portion <br /> L //topographically elevated with respect to the southern portion. <br /> 6/According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40,general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial <br /> agricultural enterprises." <br /> b' ✓1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LWe understand from the use permit that the proposed project involves the construction of a small <br /> winery that will produce up to 2,000 cases of wine annually.
