1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 1.00 acre parcel located at 11701 W. Woodbridge (I'- <br /> Road, Lodi, CA 95242 and a 1015.3 acre parcel located at 13000 W. Woodbridge Road, Lodi, CA <br /> 95242, CA. It is zoned AG-40. The project parcel numbers are APN 011-030-15 & 24. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a 24 acre parcel, lZ' ,z1 <br /> o a 227 acre parcel, a 435 acre parcel, and a "Designated Remainder." <br /> 1.23 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3-�Site Map: (See Appendix). �I <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is research from San Joaquin County records. <br /> Mr. Cortopassi has owned the subject parcel for 10 +years. The land use has not changed <br /> under his ownership. <br /> Presently, the majority of the property is used for agricultural purposes. The surrounding properties <br /> to the north, west, south, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> There are no present plans to change the use of this property. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The parcel has a home, shop and equipment <br /> storage buildings as shown on the site map (See Appendix). The septic system on site is a standard C3 <br /> system with leach lines. The septic system is used by the home only. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research indicates there are no permits for the site address.
