Also, as with any agricultural Y ZJ <br /> area,there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) <br /> were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot at the well located at 13000 W. Woodbridge Road. <br /> The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to Precision 1 <br /> Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br /> requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party <br /> sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab.
