Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and recreational vehicle use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic usage. This <br /> must be performed prior to issuance of building permits(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the general mineral and Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant(for the entire development)to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for approval. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). A review fee of$930.00 is payable at time of submittal per <br /> Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department is concerned about the historical flooding in this area that <br /> should be considered in the design criteria. <br /> D. If a dump station is proposed, submit plans with $186.00 review fee to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval. <br /> E. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280), due to daily waste flow <br /> above 5000 gallons. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requirements to operate a wastewater treatment facility under <br /> their jurisdiction include an annual operating permit, which the current fee is $470.00. <br /> F. Applicant shall contact and obtain permits for the recreational vehicle park from the State Department <br /> of Housing and Community Development. <br /> Page 1 of 2 MH:cf <br />
