(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.5(e)). H. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. I. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R.,Title 22,and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. J. A Test well will be required to meet the following: 1. Water quality tested to meet the requirements of Title 22, CCR(Safe Drinking Water Act). 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. 3. Results approved by the Environmental Health Department and County Public Works prior to final approval of improvement plan K. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s)(California Code of Regulation,Title 17, Section 7603). L. Submission of three(3) sets of detailed public swimming pool plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s)(Code of Regulations, Title 22, Section 65505). M. Submit three(3)sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s)(California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915). N. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). O. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400.
