The Environmental Health Department requires the existing agricultural well(s)be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection prior to final occupancy. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.5(e)). <br /> H. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> I. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery <br /> of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R.,Title 22,and Health and Safety Code, Section <br /> 116525 through 116570. <br /> J. A Test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet the requirements of Title 22, CCR(Safe Drinking Water Act). <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3. Results approved by the Environmental Health Department and County Public Works <br /> prior to final approval of improvement plan <br /> K. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s)(California Code of <br /> Regulation,Title 17, Section 7603). <br /> L. Submission of three(3) sets of detailed public swimming pool plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s)(Code of Regulations, <br /> Title 22, Section 65505). <br /> M. Submit three(3)sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permit(s)(California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915). <br /> N. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> O. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />
