j. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7)feet in height shall be erected along the property lines of <br /> APN'S: 017-090-04,05,07,36,37 and 52. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][11) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, <br /> or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21) <br /> k. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> (A) Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code (public water mains). <br /> (B) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (C) Key Boxes:A knox box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (D) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, <br /> Standard 10-1. <br /> (E) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. C.F.C. 105.2.1 <br /> (F) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> Type and size as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District, <br /> (G) Location/Placement as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District, <br /> (H) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with 902.4 of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code (Key Boxes) <br /> (1) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume <br /> 2,Standard 10-1. <br /> (J) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
