n. The wastewater treatment facility shall be located along the eastern property line of the project site. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 953-7621) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The project's north and south driveways shall be a minimum of 40 feet wide at the property line to <br /> ensure adequate turning space. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $200.57 per trip-end generated in the <br /> Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction,Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> j. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $780.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square feet of building designated as Commercial. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> k. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> I. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
