ANDERSON ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> A N D A S S O C I A T E S INSPECTIONS & TESTING <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> POOL ENGINEERING <br /> POST TENSION DESIGN <br /> September 30, 2007 <br /> NOA Project Number: E07147A <br /> SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> WINE CUP MOTOR COACH RESORT <br /> 4620 EAST WOODBRIDGE ROAD <br /> ACAMPO, CALIFORNIA <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA-05-531 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Michael and Lisa Douglas of Woodside, California to conduct a soil <br /> suitability study for the property at 4620 East Woodbridge Road,Acampo, California. <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work ulcludcd <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (F-HD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information, geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) for the site are'017-090-02 & 35.The property is <br /> approximately 22.61 acres in size (Plate 1). The county application number is PA-05-531. The <br /> subject property has'a shop near the northwestern portion of the property.
