L September 30,2007 <br /> NOA Project Number: E07147A <br /> The elevation of the site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> approximately 55 to 60 feet above mean sea level. The land grades gently up towards the east. <br /> LAccording to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, <br /> General Agriculture. This zone is established to, "preserve agricultural lands for the continuation <br /> of commercial agriculture enterprises" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2007). Minimum parcel sizes <br /> within the AG Zone are 20, 40, 80 or 160 acres, as specified by the precise zoning. <br /> L ✓1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Our office was provided with a preliminary site plan from Mike Smith Engineering of Lodi, showing <br /> the proposed development for the subject property. The map shows several buildings on site <br /> including four shower and restroom buildings, a recreational building, a manager's building and an <br /> office building.The buildings will serve clients and employees for a proposed recreational vehicle <br /> park. The provided map shows that the facility will have parking spaces available for 147 <br /> L recreational vehicles.
