(Use Type: Truck Sales and Services -Parking) <br />The project site is located on the south side of Yosemite Avenue, 1,040 feet east of <br />Guthmiller Road, south of Lathrop. <br />The property has a General Plan designation of I/L (Limited Industrial) and is zoned I -W <br />(Warehouse Industrial). <br />The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br />following comments: <br />Surfacing <br />The site plan indicates the driveway being surfaced with 2 inches of asphalt concrete over <br />4 inches of gravel and the parking area being surfaced with 6 inches of gravel. <br />In accordance with Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e], all parking spaces, driveways, <br />and maneuvering areas for both cars and trucks, shall be surfaced and maintained with <br />asphalt concrete or Portland cement. This must be shown on the Commercial Building <br />Permit site plan. <br />Access and Circulation: <br />The site plan currently shows a twenty (20) foot existing driveway. <br />In accordance with Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1], access driveways must have <br />a width of not less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles. This must be shown on <br />the Commercial Building Permit site plan. <br />
