L <br /> 6 March 17, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E040141B <br /> L 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> i <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> V According to Mr. Spaletta, there are no septic systems or wells associated with the subject property. <br /> No permits were found on file with EHD for the subject site during file review on November 2, C3 <br /> L 2004. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on December 2, 2004. <br /> ` 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on December 2,2004. (J 3J <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site,our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building �) <br /> cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 2 <br /> septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> LThe general use of the vicinity is agricultural land.
