Left fryer oil temp is 185 and right fryer oil temp is <br /> 85F. <br /> Per employee on site,the left one"was turned on accidently"and the fryers were not being used. <br /> Also observed on the dry erase board in the office that the oil in the fryers was new Sept 15& 16. <br /> Discontinue use of the fryers immediately.
