They are currently attempting to finalize their building and occupancy permit for the tasting room/winery. Part of the requirement to satisfy the San Joaquin County EHD and Building Department is a proof of application for waste water permit coverage to the water board. The applicant shall have at least applied to achieve a waiver or permit (although they don't need to have the process completed to receive a final on the BP). Could you or the board potentially produce some sort of email and/or letter which demonstrates that Bokisch Vineyards is in the application process and has submitted to the water board an application? This would help them to achieve closure and finalize their building permit. I have attached the owner on this email as well. In addition, we are in receipt of your responses for the timing and requirements of the applied waiver. We understand that the process may take time to review and approve. I have reviewed the changes in the Form FP 200 and it appears that we have covered all of the main data requirements. I will amend the form as required based on the board approval in February and can change everything to the new form if you need that to be completed. Thank you for your time and hope all is well.
