A complete <br /> application for an Authority to Construct is being filed with the SJVAPCD prior to submittal <br /> to the CEC of the complete AFC. A PDOC is expected within approximately 180 days after <br /> acceptance of the permit application as complete, or by approximately March 1,2009. <br /> The project will also require a PSD permit from EPA.
