FACT SHEET, ATTACHMENT C -12r
-
WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. 2000-****
CITY OF LODI
WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
The Discharger may have separate and/or additional compliance, reporting and permitting
responsibilities to EPA, which are not covered by this Order.
This Order contains biosolids discharge specifications. Two requirements are prohibitions on the
discharge of biosolids with pollution concentrations greater than the ceiling concentration from Table 1,
40 CFR Part 503, or those which would be classified as hazardous, including Section 25157.8 of the
California Health and Safety Code. This Order requires the Discharger submit a report that evaluates its
ability to comply with the biosolids specifications.
PHL/RSF:rsf
5 November 1999
