On , the Board adopted Order No. 2000- prescribing waste discharge <br /> requirements for the City of Lodi, White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility in San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> 2. Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs), Order No. 2000- , contains Discharge <br /> Prohibition A.3., Effluent Limitation B.1., and Receiving Water Limitation F.1. which read, <br /> in part, as follows: <br /> 4 <br /> A. Discharge Prohibitions: <br /> 3. When the dissolved oxygen concentration in Dredger Cut falls below 5 mg/l, the <br /> discharge of wastes to surface waters is prohibited. The point of compliance for <br /> this determination shall be defined as receiving water monitoring location R-1, <br /> at time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. <br /> B. Effluent Limitations (Discharges to Dredger Cut): <br /> 1.
