MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM _g CITY OF LODI WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. Upon written request of the Board, the Discharger shall submit a report to the Board by 30 January of each year. The report shall contain both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year. In addition, the Discharger shall discuss the compliance record and the corrective actions taken or planned which may be needed to bring the discharge into full compliance with the waste discharge requirements. ANNUAL LAND MANAGEMENT REPORTS The Discharger shall submit a summary report on the land management operation after the conclusion of each season. The report shall discuss total water application over the season; the total volume of reclaimed water( both domestic and industrial ) and sludge applied; the total nutrient loading from wastewater, sludges, and chemical fertilizers; and the amount of nutrients removed through harvest of the crop. In short, the report shall present a mass balance relative to pollutants of concern and hydraulic loading. The report is due by 30 January of the following year. PRETREATMENT PROGRAM REPORTS The Discharger shall submit annually a report to the Board, with copies to the EPA Regional Administrator and the State Board, describing the Discharger's pretreatment activities over the previous 12 months. In the event that the Discharger is not in compliance with any conditions or requirements of this Order, the Discharger shall include the reasons for noncompliance and state how and when the Discharger shall comply with such conditions and requirements. This annual report is due by 28 February and shall contain, but not be limited to, items G. 1 through G. 10 of Standard Provisions. In addition to the information required in the annual report, the Discharger shall report quarterly the information contained in G.4 (a throughg) of Standard Provisions. The reports shall also describe progress towards compliance with audit or pretreatment compliance inspection requirements. Reports shall be submitted within 30 days of the end of each quarter, excepting information required in the fourth quarterly report shall be included as part of the annual report. If none of the aforementioned conditions exist, at a minimum, a letter certifying that all industries are in compliance and no violations or changes to the pretreatment program have occurred during the quarter must be submitted.
