MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> CITY OF LODI -7- <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the <br /> municipal water supply can be obtained. The following shall constitute the water <br /> supply monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/l Annually' <br /> Specific Conductivity umhos/cm Annually' <br /> @ 25°C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Annually' <br /> At same time as effluent samples <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> Ground water upgradient and downgradient of the industrial and domestic <br /> wastewater treatment facilities, and the reclamation and sludge disposal areas <br /> shall be sampled quarterly. Prior to construction, plans and specifications for <br /> ground water monitoring wells shall be submitted to Board staff for review and <br /> approval . The following constitutes the ground water monitoring program: <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Nitrates mg/l Grab <br /> Quarterly <br /> Specific Conductivity µmhos/cm <br /> @ 25°C Grab Quarterly <br /> Fecal Coliform Organisms MPN/100 ml Grab Quarterly <br /> Chemical Oxygen Demand mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Water Table Elevation Feet (MSL) -- Quarterly <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are <br /> readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate <br /> clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day of the following month. <br />
